Introducing Our New Discount System:

At Highwood Coffee, we’re committed to providing you with the freshest, highest-quality coffee possible. To ensure that every cup you brew is packed with flavor, we’re introducing a new discount system based on the roast date of our seasonal roasts. Here’s how it works:

1. Full Price for the First 4 Weeks

For the first 4 weeks after roasting, our seasonal roasts will be available at full price. This ensures that you’re getting the freshest beans with peak flavor, perfect for enjoying a premium coffee experience at home.

2. 5% Off from Weeks 5-8

Starting in week 5, the same coffee will be available at a 5% discount. Even at this stage, the beans are well within our 8-week freshness guarantee, giving you great value while still enjoying fresh coffee.

3. Additional 10% Off from Weeks 9-12

The discount increases to a total of 15% off. After 12 weeks the coffee will be moved off the website like normal.

4. Clearance Pricing at Farmers Markets

If any coffee remains after 12 weeks, it will be available at clearance pricing at our farmers markets until the 16-week mark. This is your chance to enjoy our seasonal roasts at an unbeatable value, so be sure to check out our market dates and locations. *note that this coffee will be priced and sorted separate from our usual coffee at the market.

5. Donation After 16 Weeks

Any coffee that isn’t sold by the 16-week mark will be donated to local organizations. We believe in reducing waste while supporting our community, and this is our way of ensuring that every bean finds a good home.
